Mary Deeik is an Environmental Technology Engineer with an MSc in Rural Development. Her academic and professional journey has focused on agroecology, plant ecology, climate resilience, and natural resource sovereignty. Through both research and program management, she has contributed to environmental justice initiatives, research on natural landscapes, and interdisciplinary work that bridges scientific knowledge with local communities in Palestine. These experiences have shaped Mary’s interest in understanding ecosystem dynamics and developing science-based approaches.
